Have you ever dreamed of working on a feature film production?

Our paid trainings provide the skills, network and coaching you need to break into the film industry.

We accept students with zero film experience and rigorously train them on an independent feature film set. This experience transforms our students into valuable crew members ready to contribute on any production.

First, we lead students through a multi-week crash course that equips them with the skills, etiquette, vocabulary and rigor required for set life and their role on the production.

Next, students are given a paid position on the production, which provides our students with the specialized skills, professional network and financial boost they will need to begin a career in this industry, as well as their first IMDb-official film credit.

After the training, we will lead workshops and networking events that help our graduates take the next steps in their chosen career path.
